Soteria Policy Group Inc. was founded by leaders with significant expertise in the areas of Human Resources, Privacy, Governance and Risk Management. Soteria Policy is a Canadian-based company serving clients across Canada in the private, public and not-for-profit sectors.
In Greek mythology, Soteria was the goddess of safety and preservation from harm. Like our namesake we strive to ensure that your organization is safe from current and potential privacy, policy and HR risks.

Laura Di Cesare is a strategic business leader specializing in human resources management and strategy. With two decades of experience in the areas of policy, privacy, risk and organizational development, Nicole has applied her strong systems thinking and strategic focus to effectively address the unique policy needs of organizations. Nicole has demonstrated success leading large change initiatives to advance organizational vision and priorities and is respected for her commitment to the highest level of collaboration.
