Soteria Policy Group Inc. was founded by leaders with significant expertise in the areas of Human Resources, Privacy, Governance, Risk Management and Information Technology. Soteria Policy is a Canadian-based company with operations in London, Toronto, Calgary, and Montreal, serving clients across Canada in the private, public and not-for-profit sectors. 

In Greek mythology, Soteria was the goddess of safety and preservation from harm. Like our namesake we strive to ensure that your organization is safe from current and potential policy and HR risks.

With nearly two decades of experience in the areas of policy, privacy, risk and organizational development, Nicole has applied her strong systems thinking and strategic focus to effectively address the unique policy needs of organizations. Nicole has demonstrated success leading large change initiatives to advance organizational vision and priorities and is respected for her commitment to the highest level of collaboration.

Jean-François Thibault


Senior Consultant


Jean-François Thibault is an expert in talent and compensation management and is based in Montreal. He advises HR managers and senior management. His goal: to support stakeholder value through effective HR and compensation practices adapted to business strategies.

Prior to his management consulting role, Jean-François was Executive Vice-President and Chief Human Resources and Strategy Officer at Dundee Wealth in Toronto. He also worked as an executive compensation consultant for Towers Perrin and as an HR and compensation consultant for 21st Avenue Partner.

Sarah Pilote-Henry


Senior Consultant


Sarah specializes in marketing, employer branding, innovative recruitment campaigns and communication. She is based in Montreal. Sarah is known for her creative thinking, her ability to find innovative solutions and her networking and public relations skills.

Prior to consulting, Sarah held senior management positions in marketing and business development in major law firms. She has also worked as a political advisor and press secretary for the Government of Quebec, as well as a lawyer.
